Traditional Raw Copal Incense
This is the raw copal resin that is directly tapped from the Protium copal tree. As you can see from our Copal Product list, it is one of our favourite ingredients for the treatment of skin ailments. The copal resin is actually most commonly used as an incense in Belize. Here in Toledo, copal is sold in pound blocks wrapped in the traditional jippi jappa leaves. The resin is harvested in the wild rain-forests of Toledo during dry season when the it is most concentrated and aromatic. We are pleased to offer this authentic item, especially to our overseas customers, who are curious about the properties of copal. You can choose to purchase a small sample size or the traditional pound block of copal.
Directions: Place a pea-size piece of copal on a lit charcoal briquette. Relax and enjoy.
